How can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, we have free private outdoor parking, unguarded.

A private transfer to and from the airport is available upon reservation?

Transfers to and from the airport are organized on request starting from € 130,00 each way

The hotel has connecting rooms?

The hotel does not have connecting rooms

The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 pm:00 and must be vacated by 10 am:00 of the day of departure, in case of early arrival you can leave your luggage in the designated storage room.

What documents do I need to present during check-in?

Any valid identity document.

In case of cancellation of the stay and/or booking or failure and/or late arrival at the Hotel on the established date, for reasons not attributable to the Hotel, the Customer will in any case be required to pay the following sums, except for the greatest damage:

  • Cancellation made after 15 days before the start of the stay: the amount of 30% will be refunded if already paid as a confirmation deposit.
  • Cancellation made between the 14th and 10th day before the start of the stay: 20% of the agreed amount for the entire stay.
  • Cancellation made between the 9th and 4th day before the start of the stay: 50% of the agreed amount for the entire stay.
  • Cancellation made after the 3rd day before the start date of the stay: 100% of the agreed amount for the entire stay.

No or late arrival or early departure, compared to the dates scheduled for the stay: 100% of the agreed amount for the entire stay, even if not used

There is a luggage storage?

Next to the reception you can store your luggage both on the day of arrival, both on the day of departure.

Until what time is the reception open??

The reception is open 24 hours a day.

The rooms have air conditioning?

The rooms and common areas are air conditioned.

How do I reach the hotel?

The hotel is present on Google Maps, there are 2 entrances, one for Suppliers and the second entrance (the one we recommend you use) is the Customers one (see the Where we are page on this Site) therefore in the search write "Hotel Garden Beach Guest Entrance"

Pets are allowed?

We are sorry but they are not allowed inside the Resort.

There are cots/cots available?

Yes, for children up to 2 years we can add a cot. The availability of cots is limited and please request it in advance when booking .

There is a safe in the room?

All rooms are equipped with a coded safe.

Do you have special menus for celiacs?

Upon request we offer Gluten Free products. Not having a separate kitchen for those with food allergies or intolerances, we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination.

There is a Wi-Fi Internet connection service?

Yes, The hotel has free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel. WI-FI is free and available in the common areas, to use it you just have to enter the password that they will give you upon your arrival.

There is an iron in the room?

For safety reasons, an iron is not available in the room, but upon request our staff can provide ironing, otherwise an ironing room is at your disposal.

You must wear a swimming cap in the pool?

I can receive visits to the hotel from my acquaintances?

The tourist tax is not included in the price, but must be paid on site at check out.
